She practiced law for several years, and has instructed yoga and meditation for decades. Her techniques incorporate modern exercise science, neuroscience and yoga including Integrative Restoration®. In her Positive Psychology for Lawyers courses, she uses techniques from the book Yoga for Lawyers, as well as CDs that she authored (available on this website in the "shop") to teach Stress Reduction and Better Sleep.
